Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placement. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time taken for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.

• Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
• Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Free Shipping: On orders of $50.00 and above
  • Standard Delivery: $10.00 for orders under $50.00
  • Expedited Delivery: $20.00 for all orders

Damages

Charsooq is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting a claim.
